I usually don't answer surveys like this, but it was so wonderful that I wanted to respond. I remembered reading about this kind of service in the news and thought it was great, so I made a reservation. I reserved a set of winter clothes for men, but there was only one type of clothing available to choose from. Since I live in Singapore and don't own any winter clothes, and considering how rapidly my child is growing, especially bulky winter clothes, I thought the cost-effectiveness was very high compared to buying them and trying to pack them in a suitcase. Additionally, the fact that they sent the clothes to my accommodation and picked them up afterward was extremely helpful. The clothes that actually arrived were exactly the same as the ones I had requested to rent online.

I really appreciated this service for my recent two-week trip to Japan. The clothes were at my hotel when I arrived and I was so happy to unpack and wear them. The fit was good and the clothes were of a nice quality. I especially loved the brown striped pants! I think this clothing rental service is excellent and under-promoted. The website gives all details on types of clothes and sizes. But as one has no experience of this unique service, one still brings clothes! It needs to be promoted actively by Japanese consulates abroad along with visa services so that guests have enough time to make inquiries and place orders. The delivery and return are just amazing.

Best decision I ever made. The whole experience from using the website to collecting and returning the clothes was seamless. And the clothes themselves were the perfect fit and look to be traipsing around through the streets of Tokyo. Very stylish and flattering and ideal for the hot and humid weather. And not to mention the ease of travel and extra room in my suitcase for more shopping!

When arriving at our hotel, our clothes were already in our room waiting for us. They were clean, of good quality and were nice! I worried my 13-year-old daughter would not like hers, but she loved them so much, she wanted to keep them! The fit was right on with what the measurements said on the website. I loved the ease of just dropping them at the front desk when we were finished with them. Great service and will do again! Also, customer service was exceptional! Communication with the company from the time the order was placed, was immediate and accommodating. Thank you!
